How it works

FOR ALL PRODUCTS:

Once you have placed and paid the deposit for your order, We will reach out to you regarding next steps. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please feel free to contact us.

 

FOR QUILTING:

Once you have paid the deposit for your order, organize your items according to the shipping policy (see policy page). Costs cover the backing, batting, border fabric, binding, along with stabilizer, thread, and the time it takes to create your custom product. We only use 100% cotton fabrics and apply a cotton stabilizer to clothing to ensure the best quality product for you. Please know that any scraps of clothing remaining will be discarded, unless you have indicated otherwise. Any unused clothing will be returned to you, with your order.​

 

Please allow 8-12 weeks for completion, depending upon how many orders are in queue. If this timeline changes at the time of your order, we will communicate that with you. If you have a specific deadline or need a rush order, please reach out. We will work with you on the layout and design, as well as the colors preferred for the backing and borders.
